It is clear and concise with chock-full of tips and strategies to effectively manage classrooms for optimal learning. I wish I had a guide like this my first year of teaching! I’ve read so many self-help books on teaching and managing classrooms, but this book was much easier to read with practical recommendations. The author tells you exactly what you need to do to be a magical teacher, even if you are a seasoned teacher; there’s so much you can learn from her writings. Highly recommended!
